were designed in 1988 as
small neighborhoods
whose comfortable homes
have wonderful views, a
sense of privacy, and a
layout that still
preserves existing
mature trees and
landscape.
This project
trail-blazed zoning
provisions which allowed
for conservation of open
space, preserving 24
acres of land and
provided additional
recreational amenities
of a tennis court,
swimming pool and bath
house
