Shipside Green –
This 45 unit residential condominium project is located on the Mystic
River in Medford, MA. Previously, the site was used for manufacturing,
and during the early 19th century Clipper Ships were
constructed on the site. The condominiums are configured as three story
wood frame buildings.
The two top floors
comprise two story townhouses with large balconies. The lower floors
are flats with large South facing patios. All units have a river or park
