950 Mass. Ave

Bay Square – This project includes 110 condominiums and 10,000 SF of ground level retail space.  The project is located at 950 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, roughly half way between Central Square and Harvard Square.  It was completed in 1988.  

All units have sliding glass doors opening onto French balconies, and some units have open terraces. The project includes underground parking, common exercise and function rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
