Thomas Graves Landing

Thomas Graves Landing – This is a 175 unit condominium project located on the Lechmere Canal, next to the Museum of Science in Cambridge.  This project and our commitment to it was critical to the City’s ability to secure Federal money for the creation of the Lechmere Canal Park.  

The residential project was completed in 1987, and is unique in being configured with all 175 units facing  South and the canal.  All units also have balconies.  The project includes underground parking, common exercise and function rooms, and an outdoor swimming pool.
