1008 Mass Ave.

1008 Massachusetts Avenue – This project was completed in 1999, and includes 65 condominiums and 2,500 SF of retail space on the ground level.  It is located roughly two blocks from Harvard Yard.  

The project’s entrance is framed by a vest-pocket park that features an historic elm tree in a space that was once the front yard of an early Cambridge Mayor.  All living rooms have floor to ceiling glass with casement windows opening over a French balcony.  Some units have open decks. 

The project includes underground parking and common exercise and function rooms featuring a spa and sauna.  All these common areas are located on the top floor of the building, and open out to a deck with dramatic, South facing views of  the Boston area
