Cambridge Park Place

Cambridge Park Place - Located on Cambridge Park Drive next to the Alewife T Station in Cambridge, this project, when completed, will include 311 rental apartments, 2500 SF of retail space, secure enclosed parking, exercise room with sauna, function room and library, outdoor pool and spa, concierge service, and open landscaped courtyard.  

The project abuts the Alewife Reservation, a 110 acre wildlife preserve.  Bike paths connect the project to Spy Pond, Arlington and Lexington town centers, and to Davis Square.  

The project includes 36 units of affordable housing.  With more than two thirds of the units complete, the project will be complete by October, 2002.
